Instructions for talks
Conference talks are aimed to be 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes for discussion and questions. The conference talks will be displayed using PowerPoint under Window systems. We, therefore, advise Macintosh users to save their talks in pptx and PDF format to avoid compatibility issues that might be encountered with PowerPoint.
The conference language is English.
Pre-recorded talks
In-person attendees will give a live talk during the conference, but we kindly request that all participants provide a pre-recorded talk no later than Wednesday, June the 19th. Online participants will not be able to view all sessions in their time zones and we cannot exclude the possibility of various microphone failures while recording talks. The pre-recorded versions will be uploaded prior to the conference on Switch Tube and will remain on the platform for 4 weeks after the end of the meeting (see Recorded talks). Pre-recorded talks should not exceed 12 minutes +/- 1 minute.
