Accommodation
In general, participants are responsible for organising their own accommodation.
However, we can offer you a limited number of rooms at the hotels listed below.
This offer is only available up to and including 01 June 2026.
Please note:
• Participants book their room directly with the hotel by email, mentioning the code SOPA26.
• Room blocks are held and guaranteed until 3 months before the congress. After this deadline, the booking code and rates remain valid, subject to availability.
• Participants can cancel their room free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival for individual reservations. For groups of 5 rooms or more, the hotel’s conditions will apply.
• All changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing directly with the hotel.
• Prices are per night and include breakfast, services, and VAT. Tourist taxes are extra.
