Venue and accommodation The meeting will be held at Pérolles 21 and 22 university buildings on the Plateau-de-Pérolles campus. The venue is reachable from the train station by bus (10 mins) or walking (20 mins). Train station -> Bus stop Charmettes Bus stop Charmettes -> Train station The main auditorium is 002 Jospeh Deiss in Pérolles 22, and the G120 auditorium for the parallel sessions. Lunch options For lunch you can go to the restaurants of the engineering school or the university (either the Pérolles or the nearby Regina Mundi cafeteria) cafeterias. The are also plenty of restaurants and snack shops along the Boulevard Pérolles between the venue and the train station.
Information for presenters Contributed talks are limited to 12 min plus 3 min of questions. Only files in .pdf format will be accepted. Plenary talks will be 35 min plus 10 min for discussion. Poster are in A0 portrait format and should be put up on the poster boards on Thursday morning according the number in the booklet.
