Registrations for the conference are made via Conftool. The registration deadline is 6 February 2026.

Deadlines

• 14 November 2025 : submission of symposium proposals and abstracts
• 6 February 2026 : registration for the conference

Registration fees

• Member 4S: CHF 120
• Non-Member 4S: CHF 200
• Students / PhD in funded positions: CHF 80
• Conference dinner: CHF 90

VAT (MwSt.) is included in all prices.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks and lunches at the conference venue

Networking event for young scientists

The event will take place in Fribourg, on 10 February 2026, the day before the 4S conference begins. The networking event is free of charge (including dinner, excluding overnight accommodation).
